How to get support

The easiest way to get quick support is to visit the Online Support Centre. You can search for your chosen topic or browse the categories to find the answer you need. Many topics include short videos to show you how it's done.

If you're unable to resolve an issue yourself through the Online Support Centre, you are welcome to raise a support ticket by clicking the 'Help' button that appears on the bottom left of your website on the Sporty platform when you are logged in.

Note that Sporty does NOT provide or support the COMET registration service. If you need support for COMET please click here.

We find that often a look through the help documentation will find the resolution to your query, but if you wish to contact us, we'd love to hear from you. Our details and expected response times are outlined below.

Email us. We try to respond to all emails within two business days, but we're usually in touch much quicker - often within a couple of hours during business days.

If you subscribe to a VIP (subscription) service, you can contact our support helpdesk on 0800 777 876 during NZ business hours.  You will need to have your PIN handy (if you subscribe to a VIP service and don't know your PIN, please email support@sportsground.com for it).
